Fixed Order
An ordering system where team/player/character turn order is determined at the start of play or combat and typically never changes.
- An ordering ritual can be used to determine which player will take their turn first, as in Chess or Magic: the Gathering.
- Physical order of players around the table can be used to determine player turn order in game.
- In team sports like baseball, the team designated as the home team bats last in each inning.
- If there is exactly one human player, then the convention can be that the human always goes first.
